AISI 316L material strategy
The main tube and principal exposed components are specified in AISI 316L / EN 1.4404, subject to final supplier validation.
A4 fasteners
A4 stainless fasteners are specified wherever technically appropriate, with critical grades and torque controlled.
Premium polished finish
Surface finish will be selected through user testing to balance visual quality, cleanability and grip.
Serviceable architecture
Bearings, seals, lock components and critical wear parts are intended to be replaceable.
